Returns: Due to the artistic and delicate nature of hand-dyed papers, we do not generally accept returns. However, if you order arrives damaged or you are truly unhappy with your magic mail, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.

Packaging with Care: To ensure your hand-dyed papers arrive flat and dry, every order is tucked into a protective, moisture-resistant sleeve and shipped in a sturdy, stay-flat mailer.
