Because we specialize in handmade creations, our processing times and shipping costs vary. Please take the time to read our policies below.
Processing Times
Ready-to-Ship Items:
(Hand-dyed papers and pre-made art) usually ship within [3–5] business days.
Handmade Journals:
Since these are hand-bound and often made to order, please allow 1-2 weeks for us to craft your journal before it ships.
Digital Prints:
These are delivered instantly to your inbox! No shipping required.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you can't find your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it is still missing after 5 business days, we are happy to help investigate! Just send us an email with your order number and explanation to:
Supervision
Every package is packed with care in our home studio. While our tuxedo cats—Gigabyte (a.k.a. BooBoo GiGi) and her "apprentice" Little Buddy (a.k.a. Buddy Boi)—take their supervisor roles very seriously, we ensure every order is checked for quality and packed securely to ensure your new treasures arrive safely.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your location. We do our best to keep these costs as low as possible while ensuring your art is protected in transit.
Domestic and International Shipping
Carriers:
We primarily ship via USPS or UPS to ensure your art arrives safely.
Tracking:
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
International Orders:
We love sending artwork across the globe! Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
