Regular bright white copy paper is one of the most versatile and widely used types of paper used for practicing with mixed media art techniques. It's a smooth, lightweight, and uncoated cellulose paper, absorbing the colors of hand-dyeing beautifully. However, it's not as durable as other paper types. If you love tearing and hole-punching to create scraps for collage, or like the vintage and aged aesthetic of torn and ragged journal edges, copy paper is a great choice.
